Paul Martin says 'No'

There are many respects in which I don't particularly care for the job Paul Martin is doing as Canada's PM, but I have to say that I am very pleased that he has said 'No' to missile defence. It is a vital decision, not only for the protection of Canadian sovereignty, but also for the pursuit of world peace, and the protection of us from annihilation.
